Our town gets lots of tourists on the weekend with all the fruit farms.

Tend to just get what I need and get home too.

I haven't seen the other post. Have to go and pick up S from work soon.

Saw psych today. So much to say, such little time.

So much frustration, so exhausted, so much to do.

Can you have a double session or see your psych more often @Snowie ?

I already see her every 2 weeks @tyme I should be grateful, others probably have to wait longer to see their psych. Just so much happening at the same time.

I just want to opt out. Close all the tabs and delete the history.

Yeah, I hear that. That's rough, and opting out can really sometimes feel like a good way out @Snowie I have to say I'm been in a similar place.

Do you ever feel worse coming out of a psych session then when you went in? Have more questions than answers?

Yes it was good to unload, but at the same time it just opens up more issues.

I just need to silence them.
