yep i'll be back after new years. haven't made proper plans for this break so no idea how its going to go.

Just hoping I don't have to call scbs again.

Sometimes having no plans is good. You don't know what the day will bring. Can do some day trips in there or just veg out at home.

true, i do want some time to laze around. i'll definitely do a day trip. did you manage to see any nice Christmas lightings in your neighbourhood?

Just on the couch @rav3n I haven't even looked at whats on tv. I am assuming christmas movies which I really dislike. It might be netflix.

There are some houses that do Xmas lights. We used to drive around when the kids were young to see them. Since we have lived here there is a man down the road that lights his house up. He lives on an acre so there are so many lights. You can walk through his front yard. You leave a donation behind. We used to leave $50. The kids loved it. He picks a charity every year and donates all the money he collects to them. This year it's to Brain Cancer. Doesn't even use the money for more lights. Tonight he will have a Santa there and some elves handing out lollie bags to the kids.

@Snowie netflix sounds like the better option... regular tv tends to replay the same old christmas movies each year sort of gets boring.

wow. that man sounds amazing, my heart feels so full when i hear of people like this. glad you have good people living around you. i didn't get a chance to check out the lights properly this time, i might give it a go tomorrow.
