I spoke to her this morning. She told me that I never just ask her up for a coffee or take her out somewhere for lunch. I just told her I'm not the type of person just to go out (I have so many issues being in public). Told her I'm not a mind reader, if she wants something just ask instead of getting pissed at me.

Have to leave home about 5:30am tomorrow morning to get to the hospital by 7am. Fun times.

Sleep last night was broken. Using prn just to block things out and numb myself. I think tonight will be an early one.

@Snowie good on you for speaking up!! perhaps instead of going out for coffee, you can order in food/drinks one day as lil compromise?

Spoke to pdoc. Was honest with him.

He wants me to continue with ect monthly.

He did mention an inpatient stay if things got worse or my thoughts did.

Won't increase my prn. Got extra anyway.

I have so much going on in my head @Ru-bee, yet at the same time feel numb.

How are you going? How is your day?

That must be a weird feeling noticing the busy thoughts without the emotional reaction to them @Snowie Could the numbness be from a bit of overwhelm maybe? Or perhaps a form of self protection in feeling removed from what's going on in your head?

My day's going along fine. I've been under the weather the past few days and I woke up today feeling better so that's definitely been nice. I'm feeling a bit guilty for being inside all day when it's a really nice day outside, maybe I need to take my laptop out and get a bit of sunshine...

I took some prn @Ru-bee I think thats got something to do with it.

It helps with the emotions but unfortunately doesn't help with the memories/thoughts.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been feeling well lately. Hopefully today is a good sign for you then. It's nice and sunny here too. I went outside to hang the washing up but that's as far as I got.
