it must be hard having to look after yourself and the family at the same time, have you had a chance tonight to do something nice for yourself? whether that's taking a warm bath, listening to one of those body scan podcasts, etc.

whether its the same 'shit' or not, it always matters to us no matter what. seeking help and saying you're not okay doesn't mean you've let people down - it shows you've had the courage to reach out. it's okay if you find it hard to believe this tonight, hopefully you'll believe it for yourself soon but i'll believe it for the both of us for now.
