My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Got the news this morning that one of my friends mum's passed away last night. I have known her since I was 3 years old. She has been a big part of my life. She had cancer but was doing ok lately. That means my friend has lost both her mum and dad in the last 3 months.

I'm not handling the news well. I can't deal with it on top of everything that is happening.

I've taken prn. I'm just sitting here in silence. I don't know what to do.
