Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

So the new SW showed up. He seemed like a nice guy. Asked how I was and I just said ok. Didn't really feel comfortable telling someone I just met 5 mins before hand how I am actually going.

He said I have two sessions left and then that's it. Not sure how he is meant to help in 2 sessions.

Also because of where I live he doesn't get out this way much, so next appt. is in 4 weeks time. Not sure where to go from here.

I’ve been for a bike ride and managed not to fall off so I went and bought a new helmet now I’m committed to keep doing it.

Still haven't told H anything. Meant to see pdoc Thursday.

Still doing the wrong thing. Called someone, not much help.

Somehow have to hang on until Friday (D's birthday) and make it a nice day for her. She wants to go out to lunch. Public places scare me.

I was hoping things would just improve so I wouldn't have to worry him but I don't think that is going to happen.

There are some things I don't want to tell him because I will lose control. Can't really say what on here.

I think he can sense not is all ok anyway. There is only so much I can hide
