Had ect this morning. All seemed to go well.

There were a few nurses on but none of them asked what they normally do, so I just stayed quiet. The pdoc was meant to come in and see me but never showed.

Another 4 weeks till I have it again.

Oh that doesn't sound good @Snowie . I've been out and about with a scan of my pancreas this morning then a visit from the mh nurse, who is lovely by the way but does just come by to tick boxes. I've just returned from a work lunch to farewell another colleague who is transferring to Health. I even brought home some leftover goodies so that's tonight's meal taken care of.

Can you believe it's 32 here today! I think we have gone straight into summer!

I feel like I am just saying the same crap every day, just like a broken record.

Things not improving but some of that my fault. Not doing what my psych told me to do.

Sounds like it has been a really busy day for you @Eve7 I hope your scan results come back ok.

I am meant to have a new SW come by tomorrow. Lets see if this one turns up. Anything has to be better than the last one.

Always good when you don't have to cook tea!

That is hot there today hon. Shorts and t-shirt weather.

It is cold and really windy here today. Already had quite a few branches comes down. Lucky no damage.

Not much on now @Snowie so going over Uni stuff for Friday’s quiz.

I have a cyst on my pancreas that they monitor but no symptoms so not really concerned. The gastro Dr is eye candy so the 2 yearly visits are good 😊

Hopefully your sw turns out better than the last one…couldn’t be worse.

Definitely t shirt and shorts weather, might even get in the pool next week if it reaches the predicted 35!

I have to see the physio before pdoc tomorrow for a guided gym work out and I’m dreading what he’ll think of my fitness which is non existent. I just don’t have the motivation for that type of exercise anymore.

Glad your pancreas is ok @Eve7 I guess better safe than sorry.

No the SW couldn't be as bad as the last one. At least this one has confirmed for tomorrow.

Can relate to the no motivation for exercise. I find walking the dog hard enough let alone going to the gym.

Now it's raining here too. Can't even see all of the backyard!
