oh i hear you @Snowie, words alone aren't enough in most cases. it's like that saying actions speaks louder than words, the apology on its own without changes made in behaviour has little effect. words hold a lot of power too though, wish people were more careful with it.

i'm sorry that you haven't been treated kindly, you deserve to be heard and spoken to with respect.
