My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Please breathe deeply and focus on it being alright ..... that the pieces of information you need to understand will come together for you, so you enter the hospital stay with some confidence, and a comfort level with your kids.

You have been brave, and strong, reaching out for the help you need.

@Snowie-I'm not going to overwhelm you further by adding too much to everyone's comments. All I'll say is you're incredibly brave, I'm so proud of you and all I want is to feel some sense of wanting to be here in the world. I echo @outlander's comment that when you're ready I can tell you lots about being in hospital too.

For now rest up, lots and lots and lots of self care. You've been through some massive upheavals that I often worried about whether you'd be here the next day. You're so special to me. Hugs and hugs.
