My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Sans911I slept ok. Got 2 more rooms vacuumed this morning so happy about that.

Am around if you need to talk about your mixed up feelings but understand that is hard sometimes.

Well done @Snowie. The cats are in a crazy mood this morning, very active. Jasper has also discovered he can meow louder so he does. Gave me a fright yesterday.

Rather not talk about feelings today. It's not necessarily hard, I just get fed up with myself.

@Sans911sounds like you have your hands full with your cats. I had to put Izzy outside, she kept barking at the vacuum cleaner!!!

Thats fine if you don't want to talk about them hun, can understand that. I think we have a lot more patience with others than ourselves

@Bunniekins I'm going to a morning tea at an aged care home as a volunteer to make the oldies feel good. It starts in about an hour. Then my pyschologist appt this afternoon.
