My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Sans911sounds like it is a work in progress with the cats. Hopefully they stop peeing on your bedding!

The volunteering sounds like a nice thing to do. I am glad you enjoy that. I will try and do what is needed in the morning. By the afternoon I am tired, from my meds, that I have been having a nap.

It's only the older cat that has the problem, and has had before Jasper came along.

I have the opposite problem to you. I quite often need to go back to sleep in the morning, and I'm not too bad in the pm, although I has a nap occasionally. But I'm quite tired now. I'll push through for another couple of hours because if I go to sleep now at 7pm I'll be awake at 3 am!

Once I am awake in the morning then thats it. I have to get up and take the kids to school anyway. I am tired too but it is just before 9 so probably a better time. If I went to be at 7pm I would be awake at 3 too!!

I have taken my meds too, so will drop of quickly in about 20 mins!! Koncks me out quick but I guess that is good.

Your older cat does like to cause you drama!!

Yes, he does @Snowie. When he's good he's good and you know the rest.

My support worker commented today how neat my not slept in side of the bed was. She asked me if I moved much at night. I said I don't really know but probably not. I told I take two meds to sleep so that pretty knock me down until the morning. Occasionally I'll get up to pee around 3am.

Well, I'll say goodnight now and restful sleep. It's been nice to have a near normal chat. I realise there's still things going on for both of us, but it's lovely to chat like we did. Take care hun😴💙💜💛
