I am sorry to all, I probably shouldn't have come on here so distressed last night. I ended up talking to mod via email and also spoke to scbs.

Yesterday was a long day. My pdoc is good however when his office is in the city, it is hard to get to because of all the traffic. Took me ages to get there yesterday which didn'y help my anxiety.

A person from work cover was there too. Pdoc said that I am not fit for work and he was not sure when I would be. He said that I am just starting to stabalise and need to complete the DBT course first. As much as I knew this would probably going to be the case, it still saddens me becasue I fill like I will never get back to work at this stage. Other things discussed but cant really go into details.

Then it took me twice as long to get home becasue of the bad weather and traffic.

So by the time I got home I was upset and my anxiety super high which started my unwanted thoughts.

Thanks for all that were sitting with me last night.

@Snowieyou dont have any reason to apologise.

im really proud of you for reaching out to not one but 2 services to help yourself through that distress. really proud i know it feels like forever before you go to work again but at least youll be better equipped to cope once youve become more stable and learn to cope better too.

I am ok today @outlander, Will be out all afternoon at kids sports. Hoping that will distract me. I see you have got the kids today.

yeh ive got the kids- or one of them today. my middle sisters got a small job today so shes off doing that. atm though we are inside with some movies on. its raining and cold here. is it still raining down your way? would sport still be on? @Snowie will be around if you need to chat

@outlandermovie day sounds good. It is cold here but not raining atm, I am sure its on its way. Sport goes ahead rain, hail or shine. Only stops if there is lightning.

I think today I just need to take it moment by moment today and try and stay calm. I get too distressed too quickly which is totally opposite to what I used to be like.
