My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

$39 sounds like a bargain. To me bread is bread, what ever you cooked it in.

I hope the vacuuming goes ok. Does wearing a mask help?

I hope the bread turns out delicious, $38 is a good price for a bread maker. I agree with @Snowie, it might be worth wearing a mask. Some of us are very sensitive to dust, I know I certainly am.

@Snowie I slept okay last night, still had a rough start, but that’s just life.

@Snowie not really. Just working up the energy to brush my teeth and do my morning skincare. I feel safer under the covers. I’m just having a bout of flashbacks. They don’t happen as often as they once did, but they still turn up at my doorsteps unannounced at times. Do you have plans?

Have to nick up the supermarket quickly today but besides that I think it will be a couch day today. Didn't have the best of nights last night.

@Snowie brushed my teeth and did my morning skincare, went back to bed afterwards. I’m hoping it goes away soon and I start to feel normal again.

You've accomplished a few things today @creative_writer be proud of yourself for that. Doing anything at all is a step forward. I hope you start to feel more like yourself soon hon.

Have gotten dressed and have to take my mum up the street. Last thing I want to do. She is getting worse and of course takes it out on me.

Oh well, another long winded story 😒

I do hope the mask does help even a little bit.

She wants to go shopping for a laptop. I don't know why she even wants one. She has enough trouble using her phone. I've tried to reason with her but just get into trouble. Oh well, if she wants to waste her money then so be it.
