My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Snowie sorry to hear your mum has been giving you a hard time. It’s tough seeing a parent deteriorate. Sending you lots of hugs 🫂

@NatureLover a change in clothes and washing your face after vacuum might also help. I probably should vacuum my room too, I’m allergic to the dust. I do hope you can do something nice for yourself afterwards 💖

How has the rest of your days gone?

Just got home from taking mum out. Ended up having to drive over an hour each way to get what she needed. Now I've got to set it all up for her. Thankful so much for prn.

@Snowie having an easy day today. Tried to plan a bit for my upcoming assignments and have done some self care. Sorry to hear it’s been rough with taking mum out. Nothing wrong with taking PRN, sounds like it’s been a really crazy day for you

Just over today. Over everything and everyone.

I just want to crawl into bed and ignore everything around me.

Glad they are less intense now @creative_writer but I'm guessing that they are still there. Hard to sit with something for so long. You have done an amazing job hon 💗

Still have to do tea for everyone before I can crawl into bed.

Just having that moment where the want to be gone is greater than the want to be here.

So angry at myself and the world.

@tyme just had to spend time with my mum. She has got onset dementia so just really hard to deal with. Also everything is my fault. My fault that she can't remember how to tell the time.

A crap night last night and flashbacks today hasn't helped either.

Not meant to take anymore prn...

@Snowie can’t say my body feels normal now, but it’s a definite improvement. Body flashbacks can last a while. Sorry to hear that you’ve been having them too 💖🫂. I hope you are able to take it easy tonight
