I understand totally that SH can save us from worse things.

Yes, it is hard to shower and eat sometimes. I always attribute that to my depression, but maybe for you it's other things as well.

Had ECT this morning and just got home.

They ask certain questions before you leave. She asked about my safety. I told her I don't feel 100% safe and are having SH and SI thoughts. She asked if I needed to stay in there, but I said I didn't want too. I think they let me go because H was picking me up so I wouldn't be alone. Because I've had an anesthetic I'm not meant to be left alone for the rest of today so I guess that is a good thing. He has to go out for awhile. I haven't told him anything.

Have another session in 4 weeks time. Signed a form for another 12 sessions over 12 months. So it looks like the monthly sessions will continue.

I am glad you were honest about where you are at @Snowie, that takes courage ❤️
