Shame is such a powerful tool.

I can be fairly honest with my pdoc @Snowie as she doesn’t force admissions.

The shame can be overwhelming at times.

I’m trying to pack for my trip away rather than leave it until the last minute. It’s hard when it’s so hot and humid here.

@Eve7 I'm glad your pdoc doesn't force admissions. I have always agreed with my pdoc that I needed an admission so it was heavily suggested but not forced.

I hope you can get some packing done. It is raining again.

D out with friends for tea and S at work so just hubby and I home for tea @Eve7

I have no desire to eat but hubby will probably make me eat. A piece of toast would do me.
