My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Snowie I want to try to get some uni stuff done and I also have a psych appointment. I probably should push myself into the shower tomorrow too, being on your period can feel icky

I know the feeling about the shower @creative_writer Sometimes it takes a lot of effort just to have one.

@Snowie I got some iron into my dinner today, I think I was needing it.

I hope we both find our psych appointments healing 💖. I just had a call with my peer support worker today, it was intense

Thanks, @Snowie . Had work yesterday. Today is tackling the house again.

That's good you get 12 weeks with a support worker, although I agree, it takes a while to get to know and feel comfortable with them.

I hope your psych appt today goes well...

Also that your ECT and pdoc tomorrow go well too.

Saw psych this morning. She said I didn't look good. We spoke about everything that's been happening. I don't want to go backwards again.

How is showering and eating such hard work...

I hope you day goes well and you get done what you need.
