My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Snowie - I've been sitting beside this whole time, but doing it quietly to give you some space. Now I'm watching you as you finally are sleeping. Your face is relaxed and calm, your body no longer tense. Now your eyes are closed silent tears fall down my cheeks at the suffering you are going through. It's so not right. And the thought of you blaming and punishing yourself for these traumas is hard to bear witness to. But you are braver than you know, you have a heart that has endless capacity for kindness and compassion to others, you are generous and giving. Don't let this dambed MI steal those amazing things from you. There is so much more to be accomplished yet. When your suffering is done, and it will be, the world needs special people like you. Hugs and hugs for my sister.

I slept ok thanks to my meds. I left it too late to get help, I thought I could do it by myself but I couldn't. Just have to deal with the fall out today.

You really are an angel, looking over me and others.
