My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thanks @tyme I'm normally not the arty type.

I feel like I have missed out on so much when I was in hospital. I missed everyone too.

How are you going?

I'm sorry you feel that way @creative_writer Is there anything we can do to help?

My day has been ok. Just trying to catch up on everything. Spent most of the day cleaning the house, getting it back to 'my clean'!!

@Snowie sounds like you had a productive day. I’m just resting up, I have to go again to uni tomorrow. Feeling a bit migrainey. I’m not even sure what I need, but I just need time to de-stress. I’ve done some prayers and did some Arabic reading practice (it requires lots of focus to read Arabic, it’s a good distraction. Feeling a bit better but will need to take today easy. I have popped on my amber blue light filter glasses, which helps with the pain

@Snowie , I hear what you mean by saying you feel you missed a lot while in hospital. I can relate. I feel I missed out on life for all those 15 years or so when I was severely depressed. I think that's why, nowadays, I just keep going going going. I think I feel I need to make up for lost time. The 15 yrs are such a blur. While others progressed in life, I stayed home under the covers... yet when it was my turn to live, I took hold of it like I was zooming through. Now, when I see others, they are slowing down in life, but I'm just ramping up!

Wow @creative_writer I never knew you could read arabic. You amaze me all the time hon with your talents. I hope your glasses help and uni goes ok tomorrow.

Have to go to the dentist tomorrow morning. Trying to catch up on all these appointments I missed.

@tyme it happens. I’ve missed doses before. Do you have them all labelled for each day? That can help. I’m at home now, just resting up before I go again tomorrow. It takes an hour ish to get to uni.

@Snowie I’ve been learning for years now, it is difficult since it has a very different script but it’s becoming easier. I still do make mistakes though, but it may take me longer to master it without those mistakes here and there. I hope the dentist appointment goes okay for you 💖
