My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I don't normally post these type of things, but this is an art piece that I did whilst in hospital.

It was based on curiosity. We had lots of words to choose from and had to try and express it through an art piece.

I'm not normally arty but do like the sessions that they have in the hospital. I guess it gives my brain some 'time out' from everything else happening.

Seeing my psych tomorrow for the first time since I went into hospital. Haven't spoken/seen her for 5 weeks. The last time I saw her I lost it mentally, sent her an email with everything I couldn't say out loud, and my pdoc ended up ringing her. A bit nervous about how tomorrow will go.

Thanks for asking, I'm mostly OK thanks although struggling to face some stuff like the hoard in the house and booking an electrician.
