Yes that why I want to cancel Wednesday. I havent yet, I emailed my psych and told him that. I think if I cancel now he will ring me anyway.

There is an end I want, but I know how much I will hurt others if I go down that path....

@Snowie I know when those feelings come up they are hard to resist and you can see no other way out - you know I get it Hon as do others here. Your safety is the priority and we are all here to sit beside you, walk with you, and 'listen' because we all care deeply for you even when you feel you cannot care for yourself. I agree with @Sans911 - don't cancel your appointment Wed - you need the help and to get that help you need to be honest - your family will cope because they care about you too even if they do not understand.
