I did message my pdoc too. He is more likely to get back to me then my psych.

I don't really expect them to however, they do have other clients that need them.

I am over myself, my needs and being that person that people avoid. Just a broken record going over the same thing time and time again.

@Snowie I'm so impressed that you emailed your psych about what they said that was out of order. I hope you were able to express how damaging it was to you.

Your MH conditions are definitely not your fault. You are worth the efforts you do to keep alive 💙

My pdoc ended up ringing me late last night. He rang hubby first 😒

Hubby was angry with me that I didn't say anything to him.

I spoke to him and wanted me to hand over things to hubby which I agreed too. I didn't hand everything over. I need at least a little bit of control.

Just spoke to my pdoc. He has started the forms for an admission. I'm not sure how I feel about it.

I've got an appt. on the 8/2 for my mum about her dementia. I know I need to be around for it but not sure how much longer I can go on like this. It's not as if she has anyone else that can go with her. it is just me.

Such a dilemia. She would be so pissed off at me if I didn't go with her.

He is also going to try and get into contact with my psych.

My pdoc wanted me to hand over more meds to hubby. I'm not sure I can do that.

He wants to face time me on Saturday with hubby and I. I am terrified of what he will say to him.

I want out of it.

its hard when our responsibilities get in the way of us taking care of our mental health. My bloods are bad at the moment and I know I’m heading towards an admission too but I have so many responsibilities falling on me.
If you’re in hospital for your mums appointment could you possible get leave to take her?

doesn’t hubby have all your meds anyway? Locked in the safe? I know it’s hard to be honest around our medication….
