My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thanks @NatureLover means a lot to me.

Managed to speak to my pdoc. He is wanting an admission which I really don't want. My psych is almost back, not long now.

How are you going? I hope things are alright for you. You show so much support for everyone all the time.

I really don't want to go down that path @creative_writer Pdoc wasn't happy with what I've been doing so I guess we will see where we are next appt. Putting me on new prn since mine don't seem to be helping. See how that goes.

I was doing okayish till now but the migraine returned and so has the agitation now. Bipolar is torture 😖

I'm sorry to hear about your migraine @creative_writer Does anything help them at all? Are they always related to your Bipolar?

I got the script this afternoon in the mail so will get it filled tomorrow. Just used my other prn for now. They help a little I guess but not enough. Plus they screw up some of my blood work.

Migraines are often related. Depression and elevations can both contribute. I’m in a dark room right now since the light was aggravating both agitation and migraine. Summers can be hard sometimes for mixed mood states since the days are so long and it’s so sunny. Too much light is also a migraine trigger
