My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Sorry about your sleep @GezzaP I hope you were able to get back to sleep last night. Lack of sleep can have a huge effect on our MH.

Thanks for your support @Snowie I didn’t sleep anymore. Exhausted today. Have to go to shops will walk as too tired to drive. Then I’ll do a few chores. Then expecting a phone call. After that I’ll try to have a nap.

no @Snowie I can’t get any help as my psych only works Tuesdays so I’m on my own. Yes I really hope I can nap in the afternoon.

Could you at least email them @GezzaP Sometimes just getting things out helps.
