My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Sometimes it is hard accepting us for who we are @creative_writer Something I know I need to work on.

Will take my night meds soon and head to bed. I think I need to try and get some sleep.

I got a decent amount of sleep last night with no nightmares, so going to take that as a win. It has been awhile...

Raining here today and cold. I hope it disappears for the wedding, so they can enjoy their special day. Looking forward to it, just not looking forward to the small talk and crowds that comes with it.

Hi @Snowie, it’s cold and rainy too, we are second day into summer, weather can be bizarre in VIC. I am happy to hear that you slept better. I hope you do enjoy the wedding, I know small talk can be quite draining, but being around people can be a good distraction

Well got through the wedding with prn and H by my side.

Even managed to have some good times. Rain let up for awhile too which was nice for the bride!

D coming home today which is good, have missed her. The house certainly has been quieter.

Rest day today. Too old for these late nights!
