Have psych via telehealth this afternoon. Don't like telehealth. Struggle to say what I feel.

Then pdoc after that.

I didn't feel like I had a choice @Jynx I think I put the pressure on myself and stressed myself out and I just blurted it all out.

Aww hun, that's rough @Snowie. In my experience it does feel better when it's an active choice, rather than feeling pressured. Nothing set in stone yet right? You can take your time to make the decision that feels best for you.

I can't go in, not with xmas and kids @Jynx but then I don't know if I can do it. I lied to him on one of the questions. I was scared he would have gone further. Sorry, not making much sense.

@Snowie mmm it's a very chaotic time of year at the best of times ay. I think you followed your instincts at the time in the appt, and maybe after the festive season is over you will feel more open to be honest in those moments. We all gotta do what we need to to protect ourselves.

Whatever happens I know you'll do your best to look after yourself through it all, and we'll be right there with you 💜
