Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Snowie, I’ve been exhausted, I think I’m going to need stronger hay fever meds. I’m sorry to hear it’s been tough. Is there anything kind you can do for yourself tonight. You deserve every bit of love💖🫂

@Snowie, I can handle hayfever as long as my MH is okayish. I haven’t been suicidal for a long time, still struggle at times, but that is life with cptsd even if BP is medicated well.

I hope you feel better soon, I know poor sleep quality affects mental health 💖. Have you been up to much today?

It always makes it a bit easier when our brain gets that break.

Haven't done much today. Wanted to go for a walk but lacked the motivation. Try again another day 😒 Will be in bed soon.

@Snowie, it took a long time to get to that point, but regardless, I still have to accept that I have complex mental health issues.

Is there anything else you can do for yourself. It doesn’t have to be a walk, it can be something small💖
