My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I only have the helplines I can reach out to @tyme .

Both my psych and pdoc are away.

I guess I can't blame them, everyone deserves to take time out at the holiday season.

@NatureLover I can talk to my psych. I only have one session left and then nothing till mid Jan. I never should have started emdr.

That's kind of you @Snowie . The weather's not helping my S.A.D. I have a big list of tasks that I have to face. Even just going out today to the post office, supermarket and library seem difficult. I was meant to do all that yesterday but achieved nothing.

What do you have on today?

Sometimes just those small tasks seem so big @NatureLover I can understand not getting out of the house. Sometimes doing nothing is achieving a lot. You were able to continue so that is a big step within itself.

Haven't got much on today. Took Son to school and just trying to catch up on some washing. One load down, a few to go.

Are you going to try and get out today?

I don't have any SI so I shouldn't complain. Yes, am going to try to go out today. Have gone back to bed at the moment though.

That's a lot of washing you have. How are your SH and SI thoughts today?

I'm glad you haven't any SI @NatureLover but your feelings are still very real and valid.

Bed can be such a safe and comfortable place.

With a hubby and two kids the washing never seems to end!

My thoughts aren't great. Just trying to take it moment by moment.
