Not much planned for tomorrow @Snowie other than work and a sport training session. I have pdoc again on Thursday and am already stressing about that.

I see you have a psych appointment tomorrow and I hope that is more positive for you. I don’t see my psych anymore but pdoc has been good to me.

There’s a storm here right now with thunder and lightning all around us.

I'm glad you have your pdoc especially if you don't have a psych anymore.

I normally just talk to my pdoc on the phone. His office is about 80mins away. I know I could probably find someone closer but I wouldn't want to start all over again with a new pdoc.

Is there anything in particular you are stressing about?

Yeah there's so much more available these days in terms of both information, and options at the shops hey @Snowie.

I feel you! There's a reason I play video games all the time haha. It's way more immersive than just passively watching tv. But also like to get stuck into some crafty stuff to give myself a break from screen time. Lately I've been getting into lots of lego, fabric painting some old t-shirts, and I've gotten some frames so I can display some of my wildlife finds (stuff like moss, fungi, bones, feathers, etc.)

How difficult is felting? I've read it's really finnicky.

My pdoc is about 40 minutes away @Snowie well that’s the time I allow to get there.

I’m stressing because of the sh I did last night. I just couldn’t help myself and am pretty sure she’ll ask.

I just see pdoc weekly and couldn’t face extra with a psych as well. The psych I saw was a sports psych so we mainly talked about my squad then he was appointed to an Aust team as psych and I think it was becoming a bit close for comfort. I still refer my athletes to him though and I see the mh nurse for “hospital in the home” so that’s enough.

I’m looking at flights to see mum again before Christmas. Her home is being auctioned this Saturday which is a huge undertaking for my sister but I’ll be on the phone throughout.

I’m off for now but will talk tomorrow. 💜

The felt is tricky at times but it is also good. I have to concentrate on it so much that it is hard to think about other things, which is probably good. Hopefully it doesn't take too long to get here.

I'm sorry about the SH yesterday @Eve7 . Sometimes it is so hard to stop ourselves. I did something today that I'm not proud of. Hopefully your pdoc will be understanding.

I'm scared @Eve7 only have one more session with my psych to go before everything stops for the holidays.

I don't think that is enough time for this memory. I think it will take a long to surpress. You might ask why She says just stick in the box, pit it in the safe and slamm the door, and return to what I was doing beforehand.

I just can't do it with this memory.

I can't stick it in the box, I can't get my mind of it. There in only one thing that helps and I can't,talk about it on here.

I remember the end of year and new year was also one of the most difficult times for me.
