I feel so alone in my head, yet voices are screaming at me.

I know those voices @Snowie always screaming 😱 it’s hard.

Ill be alone tonight and will eat something easy like cheese on toast.

seeing pdoc in the morning. Have you got anything on over the rest of the week?

Just had a cheese toastie for tea. Couldn't be bothered cooking tonight.

I have got dentist appt. tomorrow morning, then my mum is home Friday. It has been nice without her 🤦‍♀️

I hope you pdoc appt. goes ok hon.

Im glad your mum has been away so at least you haven’t had to listen to her opinions. Hopefully she’ll be more supportive and realise how good you are to her.

Good luck at the dentist! I just spent nearly $1000 having a crown fixed..ouch!

S2 wants to watch a movie with me so I suppose that is what’s happening.

Dentists are so expensive, but everything is these days. I know I have one filling to fix, not sure what else.

A movie sounds nice. There is a documentary on tonight on channel 10 about pseudoscience that I think would be interesting. Might not be awake to watch it but am taping it.

Sounds like a big pile of compounding factors, and it's good you can recognise that. What are you doing tonight, anything you can do to treat yourself?

Something light sounds good @Eve7 Sometimes I just put a movie on I've already watched so I don't have to think too hard.
