My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I'm really tossed up about doing this emdr if it is just making things worse @fluffylight Know I should look long term, but it's hard to see that far in front.

My dogs name is Izzy. She is a cavoddle. She is like the third child, and the most spoilt one!

I am open to hearing what your thoughts.. does writing up a pros/cons list helps make it easy to navigate the present and what it means for you in the future?

I acknowledge that it is hard to make decisions and look into the future right now 💛

I could make up a pros/cons list @fluffylight Then again, maybe I haven't given it a chance to work yet.

It just makes some of the flashbacks so real. The one we were working on this morning is very persistent. Trying to keep it at bay is exhausting.

Prn's are kicking in, numbing me.

Izzy is spoilt, even my kids say she is the favourite child!

It's hard to deal with the flashbacks @fluffylight I don't want to trigger anyone nor say too much that I get into trouble. But I need that debrief that I can't have.

I haven't got much planned for the rest of the day. I know I should do something to occupy my mind, but just want to curl up and forget.
