the hard days seem to have just blended together. I can't take them nor do i want to.

I didn't get out of the house. I don't want to see anyone or talk to anyone.

As hard as it is, getting out might be a good circuit breaker @Snowie

Thanks @tyme The smoker has left now so the temptation to smoke is not quite as strong thankfully.

@tyme I’m mentally ok today except that I’m struggling to give up smoking. But thanks anyway.
