My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Perhaps when you start talking then things will just progress in their own time @outlander I do agree that sometimes it is hard talking about ourselves. I know I get tired of me, so im sure others do too.

I know if i see my gp that i am just wasting her time. She'll ask if im ok and i will just say yes. I will chicken out.

im tired of me! @Snowie but i cant run from me even though i do try most days!
i just don't know what to say half the time. she gave me exercises to do but i really didn't like any of them.

its hard to talk when things constantly seem bad and nothing is new to say hey

Hang in there @Bow Yes mental health services not very good are they. Sorry to hear you have been in tears. My biggest battle today is quitting smoking. I just had a smoker in the house and was tempted to pay him for his work and say fuck it let’s go buy some smokes:

It's hard to run from ourselves @outlander I feel like there is only one option and it feels like I am headed down that path.

My psych sets things for me to do and I don't end up doing them. It feels like I have let her down, have no taken her suggestions. I don't mean to dismiss them but I do.

Oh @Snowie you are in a bad place and I understand how you feel. Sometimes I feel the same. Please battle through and know that you have support from me and thus forum.

Oh yes @outlander go to your psych appointment as that is a ridiculous amount of money to throw away. It is so expensive isn’t it? Go well.
