Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

sounds like your having abit of a tough day hey @Snowie

im ok. have been at the job i like today, went for a walk and have been hooked up to the 24 hr monitor so ive been asked to go for a couple of walks so we can track whats happening a little more.

I was in hospital today @outlander I had to have a gastroscopy. The Dr thinks everything is ok but just took some biopsies just in case. Have to have them every 3 years.

Was triggering just being in there, even though the nurses and drs were really nice.

Prn aren't really helping today. Sleep still a major issue. Broken promises tearing me up.

I hope the monitor comes back with some results hon. Not that you want anything wrong but some answers would be better then none.
