My orthopaedic appointment went ok and I’m returning to work on Monday. I bought myself a salad sandwich and chai latte for lunch and about to go for a short walk.

I've already broken my promise and I only made it today.

My walk was good @Snowie I didn’t go far as I overdid it yesterday.

Going to work will be ok but it will be my last year.

Im sorry your day hasn’t turned out well but it happens so don’t beat yourself up over it hon.

We’re having tacos tonight as the family is coming over so nice and simple.
