Something’s not right

My special place

My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thank you all for your continued support.

Re: My special place

Hi @Snowie
I've been going okay, had some beef stew for lunch.
Sounds like you've been having a hard day, holding lots of space for you. Hospitals can be a triggering place for me as well.

Re: My special place

Normal is a myth! I learnt that off Gabor Mate's book and try to remind myself that @outlander @Snowie

Re: My special place

They are triggering @fluffylight I was expecting it to be like that, but didn't think it would continue throughout the day, especially when I wasn't allowed my meds or prn this morning.

I guess normal doesn't exist, but know I don't want to be me.

@outlander I'm sorry you have those thoughts too. They are hard to contain.

I am just glad they didn't see my sh.

Re: My special place

i understand that @Snowie i was so embarassed that my surgeon and the nursing staff saw mine during the last surgery and then my nurse and support worker at home as well. it brought up alot of emotions for me

@fluffylight i know normal doesnt exist but i would do a fair bit not to have to deal with physical and mental health issues every day

I'm ready for a break 🙂 @outlander

Kids are tired. They start school holidays today. I don't want them waking me up early lol.

Hope things are okay for you @outlander

Re: My special place

It's hard when others see them @outlander

I struggle with anyone seeing them, especially H. Feel so uncomfortable in my own skin.

@tyme I won't repeat myself. Just don't want to be me anymore.

Re: My special place

Thanks @tyme think it will be an early night tonight. I don't think staying up is a good idea.

@outlander kids on holidays here as of today. Both working a fair bit so that will be good for them.

I hope the wedding goes well. Do you have to travel for it?
