The drank a bit @Captain24 but none of them got drunk. Think their heads were ok this morning.

@NatureLover the good thing is that you are still alive. It shows just how courageous and brave you are to get through those 3 years. It really is about taking it day by day.

Thanks @Snowie , I've spent 3 days in bed with depression but am feeling a bit better this morning and am hoping to stay up and do some laundry and have a shower. I'm not sure if it's grief or SAD or what.

Yes, it's exhausting to keep trying. That's why I just stayed in bed. I admire you for keeping trying when it's so impossibly hard. 💙

Well that was a hard psych session. Barely got through what I wanted. And what we did speak about felt worthless. Had to cut it short. Now have to wait another 3 weeks unless she has a cancellation.

So over this s**t , don't even know if it helps. So damm useless
