I'm concerned about your stomach and chest pains and am wondering if they're a result of your lack of intake? Do you feel able to face getting them checked out?

It probably will do me good @amber22 She has wanted me to do weekly appointments for awhile now but she is always so booked out so only been seeing her fortnightly.

Well yesterdays psych appt. went ok. She started doing EMDR. We focused on a memory that isn't as bad as the others. I'm still a bit weary if it will work or not, but I guess I can at least try it. Got nothing to lose. She gave me homework to do. I had to promise her again and again I'm not sure I can keep that promise.

Been awake since early again. Really need to talk to pdoc about my sleeping meds. They worked well at the start but seem to be doing nothing for me now. Perhaps there is a different one I could try.

Thanks, @Snowie ...I generally don't like to be a burden when you all have it much worse than me. (I know you understand this viewpoint as you have it too.) I know that I seem to cope with much less than most people do, but also that at the moment I don't have the constant SI and SH that you all have 😢 (although I had those things most of my life up until 15 years ago).

I'm glad you've started the EMDR and that the first one went well. Is the homework she gave you something to do with the EMDR, or is it the promises she made you make? (No need to answer if you'd rather not)

When do you see your pdoc next to ask about the sleeping meds?
