My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Just got a call from my psych office saying they have a cancellation tomorrow if I want it.

Will be good not to have to wait another week.

Had really bad stomach and chest pain today. Even meds haven't helped. Going in for an endoscopy next week, so might get some answers.

An old friend messaged me yesterday asking if I wanted to go to lunch tomorrow to catch up with her and some other friends that I met when D was in prep. Told her I already had something on when I don't. Mad at myself for not saying yes. But I know I would be to anxious to go, especially without H by my side.

Oh I hope your ok @Snowie? Chest pains are never a good thing. I hope you’ll get them checked out?

I can understand that anxiety around not wanting to go out to catch up with friends. Sad you’ll miss out on that but I do understand.

I went to arts and craft today and my anxiety was through the roof the whole time. I was so glad when it was over and I could escape.

when i had similar pains to what your describing i found out i had food intolerances

its a shame H wasnt avalaible today to go with you, maybe another time

I've had the pain before @outlander @Bow but think there was some anxiety thrown in too.

It is only the 'girls' catching up so wouldn't have taken H anyway.

At least I see the psych tomorrow afternoon.

Won't be long out of bed.
