Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Snowie, I need to wash my hair tom, couldn’t be bothered today, it does feel so nice when you do. A head massage also sounds like a good idea prior to shower, dilutes peppermint oil always helps with the migraine pain.

@fluffylight, I also find learning about grandparents lives fascinating. My grandpa used to ride a horse as part of his work. Lifestyles were so different

Spent most of yesterday volunteering at an event. Went ok except for the small talk I had to do 😔At least it made the day go faster and my mind was busy.

Heading out for dinner with the kids, H and some friends for fathers day. More small talk will be needed. Feeling exhausted just thinking about it. Need to put my big girl pants on.

Missing my dad today, 8 years without him but it doesn't get any easier. 💗
