sorry i dropped out before, needed to help pop make his new bed- i burst out laughing and pop had no clue what to do except laugh too. its been such a shite day that i just thought how ridiculous i must look tyring to lift a mattress and fit a sheet with one hand. im rather independent/determined lol even with one hand @Snowie@Sans911

@Sans911with kids these days I think we have to stay up with technology. I have seen too many things started in cyber space and brought into the school yard and then I have had to deal with them.

Those poems sound great Sans, but can understand not being able to post them on here.

@Snowieim not very happy with the pdoc atm,im considering changing atm. i seen yours was draining too. i still had the kids but asked pop to watch them for abit as he was ok and rushed things abit.

hmm the last thing i remember before facebook was msn and everyone was chatting online through that. .....

@outlander @Sans911 both of you seem accident prone! Perhaps your body is trying to tell you something!

@outlanderremember you are in control so if you want to hange pdoc's then that is your choice. I ended up only getting about 3 hrs sleep last night so didn't help today.

hmm yeh i guess so... shes increased meds again, she wanted to put me back on my one of my old meds. i cant believe her reason for it and i had to clarify it to make sure i understood and yep i was right- it feels like shes actually trying to make me sick (will elaborate if needed..) that sounds bad right? she also told me not to go on sleepers either even if gp says i could. apparently it doesnt matter what i do it wont be good enough for her

no sleep doesnt help much at all, are you sleepers not helping?

@outlanderI am guessing the side affects are not great with this med.

I am having some side effects but the pdoc doesn't want me to ower any dosages at the moment.

My meds at night do work more often than not but sometimes they just dont work, like last night. I think I was just really anxious about today so that didn't help. And now my thoughts are..... well you know, I don't have to say it.
