@Snowieit is not selfish when it is self preservation. It might be easier to go to bed knowing tommorow is a different day, and it won't be the same as today. Things may look different in that morning light.

@Snowie I can hear you screaming out from the inside. I think I know how you feel. I know what you are experiencing is very different to me but I think I can relate to much of what you are feeling. Hang in there @Snowie. It’s soooo hard when you are screaming on the inside and are struggling to know what you need that would help. It makes us feel needy and alone. From the outside looking in at you I don’t see that at all. I just see someone hurting lots and wanting to be better. I always see someone who is warm and caring, never selfish....... but I know too well how that feels as well. Hugs 💜🤗

@Sans911@outlanderI guess we cannot help how we feel and I know it is something I need to deal with.

@Sans911I get upset when they say 'my choice'. My pdoc says it to me and it is so unhelpful.

@TeejI wish I knew what would help, that would make it too easy however. I do want to get better, I just don't know what that looks like.

I am dreading the pdoc today. If he changes my meds again I am not sure what will happen. I fear going. I really just want to cancel and hide.
