My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Pdoc went okish. Didn't change all my meds but an increase again. Don;t know what will happen next, I am on max doses for all of them. He said some really unhelpful things which didn't help. Made me feel useless, but I felt that already so then again might not have been him.

I think you are far from useless @Snowie, but then, I also understand it too, as it a place only too recently I was in. At least your meds weren't changed this time hun.

I understand too the frustration of holding on. For what? And why? Because inch by inch, or mm by mm, you ARE moving forward. Time is such a wicked thing that we invented. Tine can speed up or slow down; seemingly without a noticeable change.

But you have changed. You are more willing and open to suggestions and help (from the forums). You are growing & learning from your experiences.

Time will be the biggest impatience but the greatest healer.
