@SnowieIs this about you helping someone or you getting help? You can't help someone my sweet if they don't want it. Or they reject you. It's their issue. Take care of you. I know you think there have been no changes but there has been. They have just been quite small and not easily seen. You have come this far, fighting the hurt all the way. I understand it doesn't feel like you will ever be stable-what is that anyway? It just means you are stable enough to tackle the nitty gritty deep stuff of therapy without losing the plot. You, me, Zoe, Outlander- we are in this together my angel.

I have seen you help all over the forum. @Snowie Please dont be too distressed or fed up.

Sometimes we dont know if it works, but gradually all the little posts have added up to a very supportive community. We have not talked that much, but I do like seeing your pic popping up.
