@SnowieIs there a way perhaps to develop yourself some sort of reward system around NOT SH. So, for example, every time you didn't SH, you got a gold star on a chart and when you have collected 10, 15, 20 (you set the numbers) you got a special reward. It has to be really special, like something you have wanted, like a new essential oil, a peice of jewellery like a pandora bracelet you can add peices too, manicure or something.
