Feeling very isolated, down and lonley

Hi everyone, I’m feeling very isolated, down and lonely and are getting nearly no support. It would be good for someone to support me and help cheer me up?.

I sleep a lot due to how sedating my medications are and my mental illnesses

Do you have a GP, @LFS? I have a few medical supports that I find helpful to feeling more secure and healthy.

Ah yeah, I have gone through really long periods of sleeping a lot too, @LFS. Do you have anyone else in the house where you live?
