It just hurts

How do i begin what do i say? Im sorry if is this just sounds like jibberish.

It hurts to be alive. I cant even think of words to say anymore. Im crying but mostly because i have some understanding of how it would effect others if i was to go. Ive delt with MH for more of my life than i havnt. Im not even sure what this will achieve posting this. Im just feeling awful and low.

I am so exhausted, today feels like a blur.
I had both Dr and psychologist appointment today. My gp wants me to go back under local mental health..........i however do not want to but i trust his judgment:( ive been in a really bad way and i dont see an end anytime soon.

Im not so sure it was a good idea to tell him.

My eyes and head hurt from crying, im so tired from bring myself back coz im so dissconected.

Everythings just spinning 😞
