I'm starting this discussion as a place where we can set our goals daily, help motivate each other to do them and then check in with how we went. It's a place to celebrate when we achieve them or just sit with each other if we didnt and are feeling down about it. Hopefully with encouragement and support from each other we'll tick lots of boxes for our daily goals and feel good about it. Please join in. 😊

Re: Daily goals, motivation and check in
I’m so tired so I’m going to say goodnight. I’ve had a huge weekend and am mentally wrecked but have finished it on a much better note that when I started.......I was really on the edge. My farm is calmer now. Sleep well all. 💜🤗

Hi @Sans911
So lovely to read your post and I am glad you experienced this shift today - that thought and feeling that things will be ok - is so important in recovery and gives one the hope and energy to keep going.
Really inspirational for others here 🙂 Hopefully the beginning of many more thoughts of this nature.
Go well,
Frog

There always seems to be a subconscious bench mark. That we try to live up too. Whether set bye our prior selves. Or bye others around us. I think it's a huge motivator for why we do what we do.

Thank you for all your kind words. I didn't want anyone to be upset by my words, so I chose them carefully. But if I inspired anyone or gave them hope that life is possible, than that is more than asked for.
I have a long, long road ahead until I could ever say I've left my past behind so it doesn't haunt me or affect me so much. But yesterday was quite a defining moment that came quite unexpectedly.
I've done so much analysing of the past year, my MI, my behaviours, my thoughts. I wasn't even sure I could feel comfortable talking about what I've been through. But as I see others opening up about their experiences, little by little I feel more ok about talking about mine.
