Thank you for your kindness @frog. I'm glad that something I've said has had some small measure of a positive effect for you and I'm happy to hear about the advancement someone has had in their day too. Sorry, I'm not entirely coherent as I had an emergency health issue last evening an infection that went critical. I'm dosed to the eyeballs and feel way less than human, but wanted to respond.
I'm very glad I have some of the skills I took the time and effort to learn over the years. It's not always easy to do, but I'm fortunate to have chosen to seek those things out I think. Perhaps if ma had been kinder about teaching me I would not have sought out lessons elsewhere. I'd not thought of it that way before!
How I'd like to have a dog again, but housing and costs make it not viable for me. I do miss my last pet, he died in my arms after being run over by a passing motorist. The vet would not see him, late at night, told me if he wasn't 'leaking red stuff' to bring him in next morning - well that was too late wasn't it, sadly.
Goodness the close proximity would be most difficult to deal with, I think you're very courageous to be dealing wth things so well.
Plants thing - you can start with some pots of herbs you know, sometimes they grow well in bathrooms ro on window sills.
I hope everyone is a nice enough evening.
