life is too hard

Hi..i am not coping..i dont think anyone can help me..i have been having suicidal thoughts for a long time and have had a couple of unsuccesful attempts..i see a phsyciatrist, phsycologist,am currently doing DBT,and have been hospitalised 3 times in the past year...none of which is helping..the only positive thing i have in my life is my cat..but even he hasnt stopped the dark thoughts...i do have the means with which to end it all..its just a matter of when...i have read some of the other posts and can relate to most of them...i just want to be happy but every day is just so hard...my brain is moosh...im not eating or sleeping properly...which is making me feel worse...i guess thats enough for now...thanks for reading this post..😿

That is one busy day.....intense stuff too..

as for food shopping ..I detest supermarkets..shopping centres..

I sound like a grumpy old woman ..used to love that show..

I think that you achieved heaps today..well done you..

you probably might feel a tad drained and tired..possibly a little flat..

big leadup to today then all of what went on..

tomorrow a be gentle and nice to cat girl...

@catgirl that's great to hear! It's always good to get some shopping.

I got some shopping today too and can understand how stressful it can be without.

Centrelink paid me early before Xmas and yet didn't adjust my next repayment so I was not only struggling with surviving Xmas with little money but on top of that had to wait an extra 4 days to get paid.

I find that when I don't have much money that my mood is negatively affected. How about you?

@Former-Member thanks for the support ...i really enjoy my rest days..so much of my time is taken up with MH and physical health appointments ...and like today i often find myself with multiple appointments all in 1 day...i will be gentle and nice to myself tomorrow...awespme that i dont have to get up at 6.30am...big sleep in comin...

@whitedog ..yeh money woes suck!!!!!!!!!
I definately feel the same way you do when broke..i have a good health team so no costs there but my cats vet bills cost me a fortune...centrelink are so dumb sometimes and im sorry you had to stress about money over xmas and the new year...did you go for a run today ?

@catgirl I'm actually going to go for a run right now lol. 😄 I have a 24 hour gym which I can't live without.

Yeah it helps when there's money because I can buy healthy food and feel free to do more stuff. It's good to hear you had a better day today.

Am laying in bed using my phone to post on the forum and was just attacked by a moth...at first i thought it was a cockroach as i live amongst alot of cafes and restaurants and summer here in Sydney seems to get overun with them and i hate them...but turned on the light and saw it was a moth...tried to catch it to relocate it out the front door but by the time i get to the light switch it vanishes...then when i get back in bed and start posting again it attacks..is attracted by the light coming from my phone ..lol..oh well at least its not a dirty ol'cockroach !!!!!
